Challenge
Turning Tables has a strong social profile and documented impact, but faced unrealised potential when it came to translating its work into a sustainable business model.
The challenge was to make its value relevant and applicable to the business sector - particularly in relation to ESG and the new CSRD requirements - and to create a clear link between social impact and commercial value.
Solution
BARC developed a programme focused on strengthening Turning Tables’ commercial foundation and positioning toward companies.
The work centred on clarifying and structuring their value proposition so it could be integrated into partnerships that support companies’ ESG and CSRD agendas.
As part of the process, the partnership with Brøndby IF was used as a case study, where social initiatives were linked to impact measurement and reporting. This was developed in collaboration with KPMG Denmark, with the aim of contributing to companies’ CSRD reporting.
The programme created a clear foundation for strategic business development and positioned Turning Tables as a relevant partner for companies focused on social sustainability.
