Partnership Strategy for CPH Stage

Challenge


As a Summer-based city festival in Copenhagen, CPH Stage has many competitors in the cultural market. The festival therefore needet to increase awareness and to sharpen its profile. At the same time the festival had a need for a set of differentiated narratives that can communicate the festival's DNA to reach a series of new target groups.

Solution


The aim was to resolve the communicative objectives through partnerships that support the festival's challenges, values and potential. We were responsible for a strategic process with a workshop, development of a shared internal method, idea development and mapping of relevant partners. We were also responsible for outreach to companies and organizations that could support the festival's objectives.
